2 Ordering
2.1 How do I create an account?

When you place your first order, we will automatically send you the details of your account.
In this e-mail you will find your customer number and password to log in to our website.
You do not need to register on our website to place an order.

 

2.2 What are the shipping costs?
  • Shipping costs may vary according to the address of destination.
3 Product delivery
3.1 Product not received within indicated delivery time?

Your product is currently not available or sold out.
We will contact you immediately.

It is possible that the ordered product(s) will not be delivered on the next working day, there are a number of factors that may occur below:
- The product is the last one, but has a manufacturing fault, defect or damage;
- The purchase of the product has been made from the franchise company; 
- The product must be ordered from the main supplier / distribution center;
- The product has been offered for sale for the time being due to a system malfunction while it is not in stock.

3.2 If sold out, what are the possibilities?
  • You may exchange for another product.
  • You can wait for your product (most products will be back in stock soon, please contact our customer service). 
  • You can cancel the product.
3.3 Exchange for another product?

Clothing and accessories can be exchanged for a different size or product within 14 days of receipt. Underwear is not accepted because of Hygiene!

As of September 1st., 2019 Style Italy will deliver a returnform in the box with your order. You can also use this return form to return items. Fill it out completely and send it to Style Italy together with the Invoice/Packing slip. As soon as we have received your package we will process the order.


If clothing is worn, washed and no longer has an attached card, we cannot accept the item. These will be returned* to the customer.
Returns in this case will only be accepted in the same condition, undamaged condition and neatly in original packaging, unused and labelled. 
Without neatly protected packaging, we are forced to charge 10% processing costs for each product.


*Shipping costs will be requested.

3.4 Cancellation of product?

You have the right to cancel your order up to 15 days after receipt without giving any reason.  After cancellation you have 15 days to return your product.  You will then receive the full order amount credited*.

Only the costs of returning from your home to the webshop are for your own account. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging will be returned to the entrepreneur.  To exercise this right, please contact us at [email protected]  We will then refund the order amount due within 15 days after notification of your return if the product has already been received back in good order.

It is of course annoying if you have a complaint about the service as you have experienced it. 
However, we kindly ask you to pass on your complaint by e-mail to the customer contact department.
This can be by e-mail, regular mail and / or telephone.

Our employees of the customer contact department will look at the complaint.
and try to resolve the complaint to everyone's satisfaction.

We will answer your complaint within 14 days after receipt, if it needs more time, we will inform you of this.

It may happen that the ordered product (s) is not delivered the next working day, there are a number of factors below:

Should any of the above factors occur, we will contact our customers directly by telephone and inform them by e-mail. 

We do our utmost to provide our customers with the best possible service and to send them a good product by means of a product check.
Unfortunately, it can happen that garments contain manufacturing defects, defects and damage. 
Delivered products are carefully checked, steamed and repacked by us.
